The Southern Technical Institute, Orlando, campus is planned to consist of 2,973 square feet located at 3940 N. Dean Road Orlando, Florida. Convenient public transportation and ample parking are available. Many local businesses and restaurants surround this location.

The following accommodations will be available within the facility:

• Reception area
• Student Lounge
• Student services & executive administrative Offices;
• Two (2) classrooms, each equipped with audiovisual equipment, skills laboratory equipment and supplies to enhance student learning, to accommodate up to 20 students in a lecture or skills lab setting; and
• A Library Resource Learning Center.

Each classroom/skills lab is equipped with audiovisual equipment, skills laboratory equipment and supplies to enhance student learning. Our Library/Learning Resource Center contains a desktop computer with high speed internet access and a resource library of texts and periodicals for research.

Classroom instruction consists of lecture, group discussion, audiovisual aids, Internet research, demonstration of required skills and practice in both simulated and actual clinical settings. Off-site class clinical experiences are provided at local area assisted living facilities, long term care facilities, physician’s offices, hospitals and others per specific program requirements.

Hybrid courses are also available for didactic components in all programs. Academy of Mine is utilized for the delivery of hybrid courses and uses asynchronous method of delivery.
